Job Title: Insurance Agency Growth Specialist
Location: Kota
Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)

Role Overview:
The Insurance Agency Growth Specialist is responsible for accelerating agency growth by recruiting and developing a strong advisor force, driving sales, and ensuring high persistency and productivity within the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance agents/advisors
  • Motivate and coach the agency team to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor advisor productivity and business quality
  • Conduct field visits and agent meetings for support and development
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in life/general insurance agency growth or sales management
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with excellent organizational skills
