Role Overview
As a Client Solutions Associate (Insurance), you will assist clients in understanding and selecting insurance products that meet their needs. You will also support agents in driving sales and ensuring a smooth client experience throughout the insurance process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with insurance product selection, applications, and queries.
Support agency sales teams with client engagement and follow-ups.
Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely updates.
Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused attitude and team spirit.
