Position: Insurance Sales Team Lead
Location: Jaipur

Role Objective:
Lead and manage a team of Insurance Sales Executives or Advisors to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a team of insurance sales professionals
• Achieve sales, activation, and team productivity targets
• Conduct regular field visits and joint customer meetings
• Monitor daily team performance and provide coaching
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory norms
• Drive a high-performance culture through motivation and support

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in insurance or BFSI sales
• Proven team management or mentoring experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Willingness to travel locally and conduct field work
