Job Title: Channel Head – Insurance
Location: Ajmer
Role Objective:
To lead and drive the growth of a specific sales channel (e.g., Agency, Banca, Direct, or Partnerships) by setting strategy, managing teams, and ensuring delivery of business targets across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the channel’s sales strategy and business plan
- Manage a team of Regional/Area Managers and ensure performance delivery
- Drive recruitment, activation, and retention of frontline sales teams or partners
- Ensure regulatory and internal compliance standards are met
- Identify new opportunities for channel expansion and innovation
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales
- Strong strategic thinking, execution, and leadership skills
- Experience managing large sales teams or partner networks
- Deep understanding of the insurance market, products, and distribution models
