Job Role:
Manage and strengthen relationships with agency partners to drive business growth.
Develop strategies to expand the agency network and improve sales performance.
Support agency partners in achieving their sales targets and resolving operational challenges.
Provide coaching, training, and motivation to agency teams for enhanced productivity.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

3–6 years of experience in insurance sales or agency management preferred
