Position: Partner Sales – Insurance
Location: Ajmer

Role Overview:
Manage and grow business through assigned partners (brokers, banks, NBFCs, digital channels) by driving insurance product sales and building strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive insurance sales through partner channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner teams
• Provide training and product support to partner staff
• Track performance and ensure achievement of sales targets

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate / MBA preferred
• 2+ years of experience in partner/channel sales (insurance/BFSI preferred)
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Knowledge of local market and partner ecosystem
• Willingness to travel locally
