Job Title: Channel Sales Manager – Insurance
Location: Kota

Role Summary:
We’re hiring a Channel Sales Manager to drive life/health/general insurance sales through agency, banca, or broker channels. You will manage partner relationships, boost sales performance, and lead a small team (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales via assigned channel (Agency/Banca/Broker)
  • Build & manage partner relationships
  • Achieve sales targets & monitor performance
  • Conduct partner training & support

Requirements:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • 2+ years in insurance/BFSI channel sales
  • Strong communication & team leadership skills
  • Must Be a Local Candidate
