Job Description
An Agency Support Executive provides operational, administrative, and field-level support to the agency sales team, particularly to agents/advisors and Agency Development Managers . The role focuses on ensuring seamless sales operations, onboarding of agents, and policy processing, acting as a back-end enabler for frontline sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the IRDAI registration process for new agents.
- Track policy issuance, renewals, and commission payments.
- Maintain data on agent productivity and performance.
- Act as a bridge between the branch and the field force.
Skills & Qualifications:
- a bachelor’s degree, regardless of field.
- two or more years of marketing and sales experience.
- The 24- to 40-year-old age range is good.
- strong leadership, negotiating, and communication abilities.
- able to lead a team and be goal-oriented.
