Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in achieving targets, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will assist in developing sales strategies, supervising team performance, and identifying new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet business goal
- Support and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, etc.) to align efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel as required
