Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers can apply)
Salary: Up to ₹2.50 LPA + Incentives

Job Role:

Call and talk to candidates for job openings
Understand the job requirements and share them with candidates
Search and shortlist profiles from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain records in Excel and update daily reports

What We Need:

Graduate (any stream)
Good communication skills (English, Hindi, or Gujarati)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
Interest in HR and recruitment work
Local candidates from Surat preferred
