Location: Kota

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Life Insurance Product Developer to join our product innovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, pricing, and enhancing life insurance products that meet customer needs, comply with regulatory requirements, and support the company’s business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with actuarial, marketing, sales, legal, and compliance teams during product development.
Analyze product profitability, pricing structures, and customer value propositions.
Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend refinements.
Ensure all product development and modifications are compliant with IRDAI regulations.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and market intelligence studies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory.
2+ years of experience in life insurance product development or actuarial roles.
Sound understanding of life insurance product types (term, endowment, ULIP, annuities, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
