We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our growing team. You will be responsible for selling insurance products, building client relationships, and helping customers find the best coverage for their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and timely policy issuance.
- Follow up for policy renewals, premium collections, and customer servicing.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and IRDAI regulations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience in insurance or financial sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Basic computer proficiency.
