Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and corporate prospects.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new areas of growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, underwriting norms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking sessions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in insurance sales or business development (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work independently.
