Job Title: Partner Sales – Insurance
Location: Alwar

Job Summary:
We are hiring a result-oriented Partner Sales Executive to onboard and manage insurance sales partners (agents, advisors, or channel partners), drive business growth, and ensure sales targets are met through strong relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and activate insurance partners (advisors/agents)
  • Support partners in selling insurance products (life, health, general)
  • Drive partner performance to meet monthly targets
  • Maintain strong relationships and ensure high partner engagement
  • Track performance and report to management regularly

Requirements:

  • Graduate preferred; experience in agency/partner/channel sales is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Target-driven and team player
  • Basic computer knowledge
