Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a team of Sales Managers/Advisors across branches
  • Drive life insurance sales and meet area-wise targets
  • Plan and execute regional sales strategies
  • Monitor team performance and provide training & support
  • Ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and productivity

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 2+ years of experience in life insurance sales
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and analytical abilities
  • Willing to travel within the assigned region
