Job Summary:
We are hiring dynamic Field Sales Executives to sell life insurance products by meeting customers directly, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers to promote life insurance products
• Generate leads and close sales through direct interactions
• Educate clients about policy features, benefits, and terms
• Meet assigned sales targets and reporting schedules
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and provide service support

Requirements:

• Graduate preferred; 2+ years of experience in sales
• Strong communication and people skills
• Target-driven and willing to work in the field
• Basic knowledge of insurance is a plus
