We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand network and brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of proven experience in business development
- Strong communication
- Excellent relationship-building
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong client portfolio or network in relevant sectors
