Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Explain and promote products and services to potential clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline status
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Strong communication
- Proven field sales experience
- Ability to handle client objections and close deals
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
