Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Team Leader to manage and guide a small team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate should have experience in team management, strong communication skills, and a focus on results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign daily tasks and lead the team to meet targets
- Monitor individual and team performance regularly
- Provide feedback, coaching, and support to team members
- Handle minor issues and resolve day-to-day problems
- Train new team members and support onboarding
- Communicate team updates to upper management
- Ensure quality and process compliance across all work
- Maintain team morale and build a positive work environment
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in a team handling role
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of tools/software used in daily operations
- Graduation is mandatory
- Ability to manage small to mid-sized teams effectively
