Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Head to manage sales operations in a specific region. This role involves leading a team, meeting sales targets, and growing the business through proper planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle overall sales in the assigned area
• Lead and guide the team of sales managers/executives
• Create and implement sales strategies
• Achieve monthly and yearly targets
• Monitor team performance and provide training if needed
• Build strong relationships with clients, dealers, or partners
• Submit regular sales reports to senior management

Requirements:

• Graduate or above (MBA preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in sales and team handling
• Strong leadership and planning skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Fieldwork experience is a must
