Job Summary:
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our BFSI sales operations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in financial product sales and be ready to join immediately. You will be responsible for managing a team, driving revenue, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales executives focused on selling financial products (loans, insurance, investments, etc.)
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities
- Train, motivate, and manage the performance of the sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Work closely with internal teams for smooth processing of applications
Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to lead a team and work under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred
