Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our business across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, strong client relationships, and proven experience in managing regional sales teams and distributor networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
- Manage a team of Area Sales Managers / Executives across the region
- Ensure compliance with regional regulations and business practices
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
- Drive brand visibility and marketing initiatives in the region
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in regional or international sales (Middle East preferred)
- Strong understanding of the Middle East market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, or similar industries is a plus
