We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven Field Sales – Team Leader to manage and motivate a team of sales executives in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives
• Assign daily targets and track individual performance
• Conduct regular field visits with team members to support client meetings
• Develop strategies to improve sales performance and achieve team targets
• Train new hires and ensure team members understand the product portfolio
• Generate and analyze sales reports, providing actionable insights to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales
• Strong leadership, communication
