Job Summary:
We are hiring a team coordinator to lead a group of professionals working in banking and financial tasks. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations with a focus on quality and timelines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team working on banking or insurance processes
- Plan daily work and distribute tasks clearly
- Check that team members meet quality and speed targets
- Help new team members learn the process
- Step in to solve problems and handle escalations
- Share team updates and progress reports with managers
- Work with other teams to complete tasks on time
- Follow all safety, data, and company rules
Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years of experience in a BFSI role (banking, insurance, finance)
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team
- Local Candidate required
- Graduate in any field (commerce or finance is an advantage)
