Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow a sales team in the BFSI sector. The role involves meeting targets, building client relationships, and driving team performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales executives in BFSI product sales (insurance, loans, or investments)
- Plan and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Train and guide team members to improve performance
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Monitor daily activities and submit regular reports to leadership
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure the team follows compliance and documentation standards
- Support quick onboarding of new team members
Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience in sales
- Experience in leading or managing a small sales team
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Comfortable with field work or remote client interactions
- Must be a graduate; MBA or similar degree is a plus
