Job Description
A BFSI Field Sales Officer is primarily responsible for acquiring new customers, selling financial products and services, and maintaining relationships with existing clients in the field. They also need to understand financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard insurance agents/advisors.
- Drive sales targets through agent productivity.
- Identify untapped markets and expand agent base.
- Execute local marketing campaigns in coordination with the branch.
Requirements:
- Graduation in any stream
- 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing
- Age between 24 to 40 years
- Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Able to lead and manage a team
- Target-driven mindset
