Job Summary:
We are looking for a Field Sales Officer to promote and sell insurance products directly to customers. The role includes meeting people, explaining products, and achieving sales goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers to sell life or general insurance policies
• Explain insurance plans in a clear and simple way
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Collect required documents and complete basic paperwork
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions
• Share market feedback and customer responses with the team
• Ensure sales are done as per company rules and guidelines

Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in field sales (insurance preferred)
• Good at communication and convincing customers
• Basic understanding of insurance or willing to learn
• Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
