Job Summary:
We are hiring a Team Leader for the Sales to manage a team of sales professionals. The role focuses on driving sales, supporting the team, and ensuring smooth operations.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales executives focused on products
- Set clear targets for the team and ensure regular follow-ups
- Support team members in client meetings, calls, and closing deals
- Monitor daily performance and provide timely feedback and training
- Handle client queries, escalations, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Make sure the team follows compliance and company guidelines
- Prepare and share performance reports with senior management
- Help in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
- Coordinate with other departments like operations, product, and support
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in sales
- Education: Graduate or postgraduate (preferably in business, finance, or related field)
- Good understanding of financial products and services
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
- Ability to handle pressure and work with targets
- Must be organized, self-driven, and client-focused
