Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the Sales sector who can join immediately. The role focuses on leading sales efforts, handling a team, and driving business growth through banking and financial products.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives working in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
- Create and drive monthly and quarterly sales plans
- Support the team with client meetings, sales pitches, and deal closures
- Monitor team performance and help improve results with regular coaching
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Ensure daily reporting, CRM updates, and compliance with all rules
- Handle escalated customer concerns in a timely and clear way
- Work with internal departments to streamline sales processes and support
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 2 to 7 years in sales
- Education: Graduate (Postgraduate or MBA in Finance/Sales is a plus)
- Locality is important
- Strong team management, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ready to handle targets and lead from the front
