Job Description

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Unit Sales Executive to promote and sell products/services within an assigned unit or territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned unit or region.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including sales reports and client records.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities or customer needs.
  • Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on products and offers.

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2–5 years of experience in direct sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned unit
