Job Description
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Unit Sales Executive to promote and sell products/services within an assigned unit or territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned unit or region.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including sales reports and client records.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities or customer needs.
- Attend regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on products and offers.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in direct sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the assigned unit
