We are looking for an ambitious Business Sales Manager who thrives on building client relationships, driving business growth, and consistently exceeding targets.
What You’ll Do:
- Create new business through networking, lead creation, and targeted prospecting.
- Establish and maintain enduring connections with important decision-makers
- With assurance and clarity, present and pitch the company’s offerings.
- Work together with internal groups to create persuasive presentations and recommendations.
- Discuss conditions and finalize significant agreements.
- To keep ahead of the curve, monitor market trends and rival activities.
- Regularly meet or surpass monthly sales targets
- Refine and implement sales tactics for continued growth
What We’re Looking For:
- At least two years of practical experience in distribution or field sales
- You must have a graduate degree.
- CTC :: Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Must have lived in Bangalore for three or more years.
- Excellent abilities in client interaction, sales strategy, and team leadership
