As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead a team of sales agents to drive growth in the life insurance sector by developing innovative strategies and fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement sales strategies for revenue growth.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Organize promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Set and assess performance goals for the team.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service to improve client satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Age Criteria 22 – 38
