Position: BFSI Sales & Marketing Executive
Industry: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI)
Location: PAN India / Specific City (customizable)
CTC: Up to 6 LPA (Based on experience & location)
Experience: 1-5 years in BFSI, Banking, Insurance or Financial Products
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of banking and insurance products through lead generation and customer engagement.
- Conduct effective marketing activities – field campaigns, client meetings, digital outreach.
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high conversion and retention.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets as assigned by the team lead or manager.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream
- Minimum 2 year of experience in sales/marketing in BFSI sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
