Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and pitch company products through field visits and campaigns.
- Demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to clients in person.
- Generate leads through various sources – cold calls, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Ensure timely follow-up, conversion, and closure of sales.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduate with strong field sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
- Prior experience in 2 Year FMCG, BFSI, Telecom, or Insurance sales is an advantage.
