Job Summary:
We are hiring a proactive and driven Sales Executive Development Manager to lead and grow a team of sales executives. The role involves recruiting, training, and mentoring the team while ensuring sales targets are consistently met through effective planning and execution.

- Hire, train, and manage a team of sales executives
- Set daily/monthly targets and drive performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards
- Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales
- Must be a Local Candidate
- Age Criteria 22 – 38
