Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to help drive sales performance, manage a team, and support business development activities. The role involves overseeing field staff, building customer relationships, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support in executing sales plans and business strategies
• Manage and guide a team of sales executives
• Monitor sales targets and ensure consistent achievement
• Build strong rapport with clients and ensure quality service
• Generate and share sales reports with leadership
• Conduct team training and performance reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2–5 years of Sales Experience
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Age Criteria 22 – 38
