Job Summary:
We are looking for a Partner Sales Executive/Manager to manage and grow business through corporate partners, agents, or brokers in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard and manage channel partners (agents, agencies, brokers)
• Drive life/general insurance sales through partners
• Train partners on products and sales processes
• Achieve sales targets via the partner network
• Build strong partner relationships and resolve issues

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2+ years of sales/channel sales experience (insurance preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of local market and BFSI domain
• Own two-wheeler preferred
