Job Description

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a goal-focused Sales Specialist to oversee the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals. The role involves understanding client needs, offering the right solutions, and ensuring strong post-sale relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify leads through research and outreach
• Analyze customer requirements and suggest appropriate offerings
• Present products/services in a clear, persuasive manner
• Negotiate terms and close profitable deals
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Record all sales activities and customer interactions accurately
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
• 2+ Years Of Experience in Sales
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Age Criteria 22 – 38
