Job Summary:
We are urgently hiring a sales manager to lead and grow the agency channel in Kota. The role includes recruiting agents, driving life insurance sales, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage life insurance agents
• Drive sales through the agency network
• Conduct joint field visits and provide sales support
• Monitor team performance and achieve monthly targets
• Maintain client relationships and ensure policy renewals

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in life insurance sales/agency channel
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Good local market knowledge of Kota
• Two-wheeler preferred
