Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and client-oriented Relationship Manager to nurture and grow strong client connections. This role requires identifying customer needs, delivering personalized solutions, and ensuring a positive client experience to drive loyalty and business growth.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain productive relationships with both existing and prospective clients
• Assess client requirements and recommend suitable products or services
• Serve as the go-to contact for customer queries, issues, and service-related support
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution and delivery
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activity, and service issues
• Achieve goals related to client retention, acquisition, and revenue generation
• Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitor strategies

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related area
• 1+ Years of Sales Experience
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Age Criteria 22 – 38
