Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Agency Sales Leader to build and lead a team of agents or advisors. The role is responsible for driving business growth through effective recruitment, training, and performance management of the sales team while meeting assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard capable agents to expand the agency network
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to enhance agent productivity
  • Lead the team to consistently meet and exceed business targets
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and market expansion
  • Evaluate agent performance and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Organize regular workshops, meetings, and performance reviews
  • Promote customer-centric practices to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
  • 2+ Years of Experience in Sales
  • Must be a Local Candidate
  • Age Criteria 22 – 38
