Job Title: Sales Manager – BFSI – Immediate Joiner 

We are hiring a Sales Officer to sell insurance products directly to customers, build trust, and help people choose the right plan. This role is for someone who enjoys meeting new people and working outside the office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers and explain insurance plans clearly
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable insurance products
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build long-term relationships with clients for future sales
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
• Keep records of visits, calls, and sales details
• Stay updated on new insurance products and policy changes
• Report daily activities and performance to the manager

Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in field sales, insurance preferred
• Good communication and people skills
• Able to travel within assigned area or city
• Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities
• Goal-focused and self-motivated
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
