Job Role:

• Identify potential customers for life insurance policies.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable life insurance plans.
• Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Build strong client relationships for renewals & referrals.
• Handle post-sales service and customer support.

Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any stream.
• 2+ Years EXP in Field Sales.
• Good communication & convincing skills.
• Target-orientated, self-driven & customer-focused.
• Prior experience in life insurance or BFSI is a plus.
