Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Facilitator to support and enable our sales teams to perform at their best. The candidate has to act as a bridge between sales strategy and execution — ensuring that sales processes, tools, and team coordination are seamless, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales executives for assigned regions or verticals.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Set clear sales targets for executives and monitor individual and team performance regularly.
- Develop and implement structured training programs and field coaching activities.
- Drive consistent achievement of sales targets through effective planning and motivation.
- Conduct regular field visits, joint calls, and performance reviews with sales executives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
