Job Description
The On-Field Sales Officer is responsible for actively reaching out to customers in a designated area to promote and sell the company’s products or services. This is a front-line sales role requiring daily travel, direct client interaction, and consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet potential customers in the field to present product offerings.
- Collect and share insights from the ground to help improve product or service delivery.
- Maintain contact with interested clients to assist in decision-making and finalize deals.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to generate interest and close sales.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
