Job Role:

• Recruit & develop insurance agents/advisors.
• Guide agents to acquire customers and sell insurance products.
• Conduct regular training & motivation sessions for agents.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through team productivity.
• Manage and support the agency team for growth.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and policy renewals.

Requirements:

• Graduate (Any Stream).
• 2+ years of experience in agency/channel sales.
• Team management & leadership skills.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• BFSI/insurance sales experience preferred.
