Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and manage the sales operations in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of field sales executives or territory sales managers
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends in the assigned area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and distributors
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper market coverage and team performance
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and new product launches
- Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and competitor analysis
- Collaborate with the marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Requirements:
- 2–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in a team-leading role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Sound understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Local market knowledge is a strong advantage
