CTC: Up to 4.00 LPA + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic insurance sales executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for selling insurance policies, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide after-sales support and service.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 2+ years of sales experience (insurance preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Goal-orientated and self-motivated.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
