Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations, manage a sales team, and help achieve revenue targets through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Supervise and guide the sales team to meet targets
• Monitor team performance and provide training support
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales or team management
• Must be a Local Candidate
• Age Criteria 22 – 38
• Target-driven with a customer-focused approach
